bakergrp Research

The bakergrp studies how charge, as ions and electrons, moves through chemical systems. From new molecules and materials to living cells, we seek to understand charge transfer and build the tools needed to measure it. Our work spans three connected areas: understanding charge transfer in molecules and materials, probing electrochemical processes in biological systems, and designing the next generation of electrochemical instrumentation.
